"The philosophy of all athletic programs at St. John Paul II Catholic School is in accordance with the school’s overall philosophy statement. The goal of the school is that the education of students is centered on the development and formation of the whole Christian person. As it pertains to Athletics, our primary goal is that each student-athlete will learn the fundamentals of their sport, develop respect for teammates, coaches, officials, rules and opponents. We will strive to help each player to learn lessons that will stay with them throughout their life that are supported in the teachings of Jesus Christ, and of St. John Paul II Catholic School.
We recognize the importance of athletics for student’s social, physical, and mental development, and we hope to produce young men and women of strong character, develop and cultivate school spirit, and to work together to achieve a common goal."
