On this page you will find brief descriptions of the PTO Volunteer Committees and opportunities for involvement at our school.  If you are interested in any of these groups, you can contact the coordinator or submit a Volunteer Commitment Form and your information will be forwarded to the appropriate person.  All volunteers must be VIRTUS trained according to Archdiocesan policy, complete the background check, and have a picture taken before they can volunteer on campus.

 

Volunteer Approved Parents

The following three forms should be submitted to the JPII office prior to volunteering.
All volunteers must have a picture ID.

1. Virtus Confirmed Attendance Certificate
2. Authorization Form for Background Check
3. Signed Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Volunteer Code of Conduct

After all three forms are turned into the JPII office:

A. It will take two weeks for verification
B. Contact Kim Reilly (PTO) to have your picture taken for your “Volunteer Approved” ID.

Click on the link below to print the forms. The Virtus form will give instructions on how to register for a “Protecting God’s Children” session. Remember your “Name” and “Password” to print your certificate two weeks after you attended the class. Submit this certificate with the Authorization Form and the Volunteer Code of Conduct to the office as soon as possible.
